ARROZ DE MARISCO
(Recipe for 4 people)
Ingredients
300 g Portuguese rice
600 g mussels
200 g calamari
8 prawns
4 scampi
1 tomato
1 garlic clove
1 parsley sprig
chilli pepper
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
Preparation
Clean all the fish and vegetable ingredients (tomato, garlic, parsley).
Make a concentrated broth, adding the juice of the opened mussels.
Add all the fish to the broth, except for the mussels which should be added at the last moment. Finally, add the rice and cook, finishing the dish with the mussels, and a sprinkle of parsley and turmeric just before serving.
