European Sustainable Rice Opens the New Year at Sirha Lyon

European sustainable rice will be among the protagonists at the next edition of Sirha Lyon, the international point of reference for operators in the catering and hospitality industry.

The event, scheduled from 19 to 23 January, is considered a must for all stakeholders and professionals looking for business opportunities and the latest trends in the food sector and will be the ideal stage to present the objectives of our project, spread knowledge about European rice production and reinforce awareness of the value of rice farming.

During the French event, visitors will also be able to taste numerous recipes with rice varieties from France, Portugal and Italy thanks to the show-cooking sessions that will be held daily in our stand. Sirha Lyon will therefore be an important opportunity to exchange best practices and innovative ideas with the players in the supply chain, within an international context capable of conveying a constantly evolving system that has sustainability as one of its main assets.
